The Rome Conference on AI, Ethics, and the Future of Corporate Governance brings executives from leading AI companies together with policymakers, scholars, ethicists, and lawyers to holistically consider the critical issues and challenges facing the governance of AI companies and their novel technology.

Among the issues to be addressed during this two-day conference will be:

• Current regulatory models in the U.S., EU, and G7 of AI companies -- which are successful, what can be improved, and how we can move forward in a dynamic landscape;

• Private ordering and corporate governance models for AI companies;

• Ethical challenges posed by AI companies, including consideration of the relationship between AI and the future of labor.

This conference will include multiple panel and roundtable discussions, and provide ample time for questions and networking
